If you are about to buy

Pre-Contractual Stage

- In case of credit: Analysis of the mutual contract with guarantee mortgage if it is granted by a financial institution or any other lender
- Regulation of Horizontal Property: Analysis and possibility of conversation with real estate entrepreneur in terms of their clauses.
- Internal Regulation: Analysis and possibility of conversation with an entrepreneur real estate and / or constructor and / or administrator regarding its clauses.
Formalization stage of the purchase agreement
- Analysis and revision of Title Deed.
- Debt free of taxes; expenses and litigation costs.
- Analysis and review of mortgage loan agreement (in case of existing credit) with the possibility of accompanying the deed proceedings.
